Because of confusion, the five had to rename them selves. In order to communicate effectively they named each other after the numbers 1-5, in order of youngest to oldest. Each name also speaks for personality traits.
Name represents the number 5. There are five Senses. Sight, sound or hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Almost all of his thoughts make the most sense as age has made him wise.

Name represents the number 1. There is only one sun in our solar system. Frst to rise.

Name represents the number 2. There are is two sides to a coin and two sides to the storie.

Age 30-41
Name represents the number 3. There are three states of matter: solid; liquid and gas. States the obvious.
State
Age 42-55
Name represents the number 4. There are four seasons Spring, summer, fall, and winter. Well Seasoned in the effects of life.
Season
Age 56-65
Sense
The Five were brought together by Sense. He created an app that opened a physical metaverse that could be connected to his DNA in five separate timelines. Once he connected the timelines, he created a place called The Middle. It was a place where all five of the yous could meet face to face for a limited amount of time. After a few years of meeting together, Season started meeting with Side 15min before each gathering. Issues started to become large problems as trust was called into question.
Follow the short event stories.
In the year 2043, State was living a comfortable life. He had a good job, a loving wife, and two beautiful children. But one day, he received a mysterious message from a stranger.
"I am your future self," the message read. "I am writing to warn you that your past self is planning to take over your life."
State was shocked and confused. He didn't know what to believe. But then, he started to have strange dreams.
In the dreams, he saw himself arguing with two other versions of himself: a younger, more reckless version, and an older, wiser version.
One night, State woke up to find the two versions of himself standing at the foot of his bed.
"It's time for you to step aside," the younger State said. "We're going to take over your life now."
"No," State said. "I won't let you do that."
The two versions of State lunged at him, but State was ready for them.
After the fight, State woke up and realized that it had all been a dream. But he knew that it was more than just a dream. He knew that his past and future selves were real and that they were planning to take over his life.
State decided to take action. He knew that he couldn't defeat his past and future selves in a physical fight.
